Clematis A. "Winter Beauty"

An evergreen variety of Clematis, with dark green leaves and small, drooping, urn-shaped flowers emerging from pale green buds in early to late winter.

This climber will grow in all soil types, but prefers well-drained, gritty soil, in full sun or partial shade. Clematis like their "feet in the shade and their head in the sun" so it is always good to plant to crown 5-8cm deep to encourage new shoots below ground level.
